The Doddridge County Chamber of Commerce is excited to invite you to participate in the 5th annual Ephraim Bee Festival to be held on September 9, 2023 at the Doddridge County Park.

 

This is a proven opportunity to showcase your business or organization and support the entire Doddridge County community, and, it is part of WV Fairs and Festivals. What does your business have to offer the citizens of Doddridge County?  Come join us to promote your business and support this grassroots initiative.

 

Included with all membership packages, your business will get its own profile page on our Chamber website and listed on the Ephraim Bee Festival website. You will not be asked to sponsor any other events the rest of the year.

The Ephraim Bee Festival focuses on promoting the unique history of Doddridge County. Ephraim Bee was an early Doddridge settler and the founding father of the ancient and honorable Order of E Clampus Vitus. Some highlights of the festival are vendor booths, live entertainment, Queen Bee Pageant, Honey Tasting Contest and Ugly Man Contest.

Please select one of the membership levels listed below. Each level offers different promotional incentives. Your yearly membership fee of $100 is included in the amount. If you supply us with your company’s banner, we will gladly display it as stated in the various donation incentives (returnable). Please let us know if you are interested in one of the membership levels by June 15. We do not need to receive your membership payment until June 30th.

 

 

__ Platinum Membership, $5,000  

  • Name listed at Annual Fairs & Festivals Convention and Pageant in Charleston, WV next year.

  • You will be a Chamber Partner and your logo will be displayed on stage and the homepage of the Chamber’s website

  • Your sponsorship recognized throughout Pageant and Festival

  • Company’s banner displayed at Pageant and Festival entrance (separate venues)

  • Your name on all Festival and Pageant promotional material

  • Logo on Festival t-shirts

  • Banner displayed at Queen Bee’s booth at Festival

  • Unlimited booth spaces at Festival to hand out information or sell products

 

__ Gold Membership, $2,500

  • You will be a Chamber Partner and your logo will be displayed on the homepage of the Chamber’s website

  • Your sponsorship recognized throughout Festival

  • Company’s banner displayed at main entrance of Festival

  • Your name listed on all Festival promotional material

  • Logo on Festival t-shirts

  • Recognition on Festival website and social media

  • Unlimited booth spaces at Festival to hand out information or sell products

 

__ Silver Membership, $1,000 

  • Your name listed on all Festival promotional material

  • Logo on Festival t-shirts

  • Recognition on Festival website and social media

  • Unlimited booth spaces at Festival to hand out information or sell products 

 

__ Bronze Membership, $200

  • Name listed on and Festival t-shirts

  • Recognition on Festival website and social media

  • One booth space at any Chamber event 

 

__ Basic Membership, $100

  • One booth space at any Chamber event
